Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible husband JP at Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. A majority of my followers are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung. I record my personal life: highs, lows, and everything inbetween. In 1990 I moved to America along with my brother and parents at the age of one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of perseverance and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even be with you sharing my journey. Being aware of the possibility at a better future I strived to be their proudest and was a shrewd entrepreneur for success. I believed that my life would go the same way as I graduated from university, be offered an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start an family. Although I was convinced that this was the ideal definition of the ideal life, reality had other strategies. The year 2013 was the year I began dreading going to my corporate job because the pay and prestige was not bringing me joyand I was feeling as if I had wasted my time and energy in exchange for a salary when I knew I was meant for more. I was passionate about fitness and getting out and about with friends. when I was navigating the new direction in my life. I discovered my passion for personal training. My business was founded in 2014. I am celebrating my seven-year anniversary this year. Since I am a Asian female working in the field, we are among the few of us. My mission in this field is to create a more sustainable and healthier life style that is in line with the desires of my customers. It is my goal to inspire others to pursue their goals and lead the lives they've always dreamed of. As my career started to flourish, I experienced the most devastating loss of my life: my mother's loss of life. After battling for eight years with Scleroderma, she is at peace on Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and always remember her in my mind and in my heart. Even if you can't see it at first, life is a way of offering us the things we require. In so many ways, the loss of my mother has changed my life. It is my belief that she gave me another opportunity to experience her loss. Her death at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start with a fresh start. It was a second chance for me to live a full and happy life. Now into my 30's I feel alive and aware I truly feel that I am living now and not merely existing like I did in the past. My intention in telling my story is to inform you that you're not the only one. I would like you to feel that love is real and that therapy is common. Your health is truly your greatest asset. You have only one life. I want you to live it to the fullest.
